UL lead-free insulation compounds are granular compounds which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型UL系列绝缘料产品是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet environment rules in RoHS Standard. All their properties meet UL1581 Standard. They are mainly used for the insulation of soft cables and equipment wires.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。性能符合UL1581等标准的要求，主要用于软线和装备线的绝缘。
 
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
