FEJ90, FEJ105, FEJ125 and FEJ150 are irradiation cross-linkable insulation compounds for wire and cables, which regards polyolefin resin as the basic raw material, and adds anti-oxidant, cross-linkable agent and modified agents and other additives. They have excellent extruding property and physical property and can be widely used for various control cables, instrument installment wires of automotive low-voltage wires, and electrical wires. The highest working temperature is 90-150℃. Moreover, they don’t contain heavy mentals like Pb, Ba, Cd, Cr, Sn and Sb, and all their properties can meet the requirements of ROHS Standard.
FEJ90、FEJ105、FEJ125和FEJ150是以聚烯烃树脂为基料，添加抗氧剂、交联剂、改性剂等各种助剂的可辐照交联绝缘电缆料。它兼有良好的挤出性能和物理性能，可广泛用于各类控制电缆，汽车低压电线电缆的仪器仪表安装电线电缆，电子线，最高工作温度为90-150℃。另外它不含有如Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb的重金属，且所有性能都能很好的满足ROHS标准要求。
 
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use single ordinary screw extruder with L/D=20-25.
建议使用普通单螺杆挤出机进行加工，长径比L/D=20-25。
