EHW90K is 90℃cracking resistant low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant jacketing compound, which doesn’t contain any heavy metals like Pb, Ba, Cd, Cr, Sn and Sb. The properties can meet RoHS Standard. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially good thermal-shock resistant performance. Its temperature resistant is from -40 ℃to 90℃and mainly used for communication cables, control cables and power cables, which have strict cracking-resistant requirements.
EHW90K是90℃抗开裂低烟无卤阻燃护套料。产品具有优异的物理机械性能尤其是具有较好的抗热冲击能力，低温可耐-40℃，最高使用温度为90℃。主要用于抗开裂性要求较高的通信电缆，控制电缆和电力电缆的护套层。环保方面，产品不含Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb六大重金属，其性能均能满足RoHS的标准要求。
 
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use special screw for low-smoke halogen-free compound with L/D=20-25.
采用低烟无卤专用螺杆，长径比L/D=20-25。
