EHW90GS is low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant jacketing compound which has high speed extruding performance. It doesn’t contain any heavy metals like Pb, Ba, Cd, Sn and Sb. All its properties can meet RoHS Standard. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially good extruding characteristic. This product can be used with temperature resistant from -40 ℃to 90 ℃. It is mainly used for the jacketing of net-cables, fibre-optical cables and other small-square meter cables, which have high speed extruding requirements. Also it can be used for the jacketing of ordinary communication cables, control cables and power cables.
EHW90GS是可高速挤出的低烟无卤阻燃护套料。产品具有良好的物理机械性能尤其是优异的挤出性能，低温可耐-40℃，最高使用温度为90℃。可用于制作挤出速度要求较高的网线，光纤等小平方线的护套层。也适用于普通的通信电缆，控制电缆和电力电缆的护套层。不含Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb六大重金属。其性能均能满足RoHS的标准要求。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use special screw for low-smoke halogen-free compound with L/D=20-25.
采用低烟无卤专用螺杆，长径比L/D=20-25。
