EHW90GD is high flame-retardant low-smoke halogen-free jacketing compound, which doesn’t contain any heavy metal as Pb, Ba, Cd, Cr, Sn and Sb. Its properties can meet RoHS Standard. The Product has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially good high flame-retardant performance with temperature rating from -40℃to 90℃. It is mainly used for the jacketing of communication cables, control cables and power cables, which can pass VW-1 flame-retardant level.
EHW90GD是低烟无卤高阻燃护套料。不含Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb六大重金属。其性能均能满足ROHS的标准要求。产品具有优异的物理机械性能尤其是较高的阻燃性能，所做电线电缆可过VW-1阻燃等级，低温可耐-40℃，最高使用温度为90℃。主要用于通信电缆，控制电缆和电力电缆的护套层。

Recommend to use special screw for low-smoke halogen-free compound with L/D=20-25.
采用低烟无卤专用螺杆，长径比L/D=20-25。
