FEJW125NY is a kind of oil-resistant irradiation cross-linkable halogen-free insulation compound with the highest working temperature at 125℃. It has excellent mechanical property, electrical property, flame retardant property and processability and especially excellent for oil resistant and soft performances. It is specially suitable for the insulaiton and jacketing which have strict elastic performance. It also can be used for other cables which have high temperature requirements.
FEJW125NY是一种辐照交联耐油无卤绝缘料，其具有优良的物理机械性能，电性能，阻燃性能以及加工性能，更为突出的是其具有较好的耐油性和柔软性能，特别适用于对弹性要求较高的绝缘，护套上，也可用于其它有高温要求的电缆上。产品最高使用温度为125℃。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use special screw for low-smoke halogen-free compound with L/D=20-25.
采用低烟无卤专用螺杆，长径比L/D=20-25。

Suggested irradiation dose:12-18 mega-tera. 建议的辐照剂量为：12-18兆拉。
Attentions 注意事项：
1）The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用，材料一经开封，建议12小时之内用完。
2）Please ensure the screw, barrel, hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前确保螺杆、机筒、加料斗彻底清理干净，加工过程中严禁带入杂质。
3）If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速挤出时，请慢慢逐渐加快螺杆转速，以免塑化不良，电缆表面毛糙。
