FEJ960, FEJW960, FEHW960 are respectively the internal insulation, external insulation and jacketing of irradiation cross-linkable low-smoke halogen-free insulation compounds. They are mainly used for K1, K3 nuclear power cables. Those compounds not only have excellent mechanical properties, insulation properties and processing properties, but also irradiation-resistant and anti-aging properties. According to The Arrhenius Equation, this product can reach 90℃and 60-year service life.

Recommend to use special screw for low-smoke halogen-free compound with L/D=20-25.
采用低烟无卤专用螺杆,长径比L/D=20-25。

1. Suggested irradiation dose:12-15 mega-tera. Thermal extension should be controlled at 30~40%。
建议的辐照剂量为:12-15兆拉, 热延伸控制在30%~40%。

Attentions 注意事项:
1)The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用,材料一经开封,建议12小时之内用完。
2)Please ensure the screw, barrel, hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前确保螺杆、机筒、加料斗彻底清理干净,加工过程中严禁带入杂质。
3)If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速挤出时,请慢慢逐渐加快螺杆转速,以免塑化不良,电缆表面毛糙。
