Environmental protection PVC jacketing compound are granular compounds which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
环保型聚氯乙烯护套料系列产品是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
These products have good mechanical and physical property, electrical property and excellent processing performance. They meet RoHS Standard and applicable for the jacketing of communication cables, control cables and power cables. Signal cables with this series compounds can meet the burning testing requirements of UI1666 and FT4. The temperature can be adjusted according to different customers’ requirements.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。用于通信电缆，控制电缆和电力电缆护套层。该系列产品生产的信号缆能满足UI1666、FT4等燃烧测试要求。耐温等级可根据客户的要求进行调整。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
